Therapy
I see clients via a secure telehealth platform that is reliable and HIPAA compliant. Please email me to establish services, and I will send you a link to complete your profile and schedule an initial intake session. Some folks like to meet weekly, others every other week or once a month. You are the best expert in what you need, and we will work together to develop a plan that feels supportive for you.
Billing and Insurance
Rate for 60 minute session
$150- Individual therapy session
Insurance
I am contracted and considered ‘in-network’ with Premera and Kaiser Permanente insurance in Washington.
I am considered ‘out-of-network’ with any other insurance providers and am happy to support you in requesting reimbursement from your insurance plan by providing a superbill. Please check with your insurance provider on coverage for out-of-network clinicians.
I am able to accept payment from HSA funds.
I want therapy to be accessible to those who need it, and I accept a limited number of sliding-scale clients based on need, please feel free to email me for more information.
